MC Girls Storm Queensland!

The U14 NCCS squad had a fantastic training camp in Queensland over the long weekend. Preparations started early on Saturday morning with a pre-dawn assembly at Tullamarine. A Tiger flight, a few coffees later and a quick train ride into Fortitude Valley saw us arrive at All Hallows' pool for a round-robin tournament.
Sunny skies, warm weather and 4.5 games of water polo over the next five hours made for a tired but happy team.
Our host Lance Johnson, coach of the fabulous Mermaids, opened his home to the girls and cooked up a BBQ extravaganza for all. The exhausted (and very full) girls headed off with their Mermaid families for a well earned sleep.
